Will granite tile in the kitchen, decrease the value of my apartment?
I want granite for my kitchen. However, my contractor said that if I can buy tile instead of the slab, which will decrease the value of my apartment. I personally believe that granite tile screams "I could not pay the slab, but I have curiosity as to whether or not my contractor is telling the truth ….
Well, I agree with the contractor that looks cheaper. Therefore, probably customary to add much value as a slab of granite would. But it does not cost much in advance as the slab. Have you thought about a solid top? They take much less terrible than the continuation granite. As for the person who places the tile is more work for the contractor, if that's the case, he just charge more for installation, so what did it matter?
